The following forests are currently enrolled in the Selcombe Forest Stewardship Program. Each property is owned and managed by Selcombe with long-term conservation mandate.
Enrollment means the forest is protected from development and actively stewarded to improve ecological health.
Spring House, VT
Central undisturbed meeting spot for local wildlife who love to feed on acorns under the majestic old growth white oaks.
Bobcat Thicket - VT
This thicket offers secure shelter for a multitude of species including a healthy population of eastern bobcats.
Four Corners - VT
This forest is key to wildlife movement offering a safe passage for bear, moose, deer, and many other species between preferred areas of feeding and bedding.
Monarch Meadow - VT
Abundant milkweed and nectar sources offer the perfect habitat for the endangered Monarch butterfly and many other pollinators.
