About the forest:
This forest is a fantastic example of Selcombe’s focus on strategic forest preservation. While this is one of the smaller forests in the portfolio, it plays a disproportionately large role for the local wildlife. This is a key forest for movement between important feeding and bedding areas that otherwise would have been entirely isolated by roads and human development.
Many animals rely on this safe passage for their daily travels, including moose, black bear, deer, coyotes, bobcats, and many others.
